Abstract
Lack of hospital beds can drastically reduce accessibility and equity indices in health, and on the other hand, the development of these beds, without considering the area's hospital capacity, can lead to a decline in equity indices in the meantime, we developed a special importance among different parts of the emergency department hospital due to overcrowding and critical situations. Therefore, we decided to conduct a study to estimate the number of beds needed in the emergency department of Qazvin University of Medical Sciences hospitals by 1400 using dynamic system dynamics modeling.
