Abstract

Background: Diabetes is a serious and costly public health problem that affects almost all age groups in all countries. Diabetes due to continual changes in lifestyle, such as poor diet, physical inactivity, obesity and stress. These are often associated with urbanization, mechanization and industrialization linked. Diabetes is a costly disease for both patients and the health care system. This study trying to measure, the risks associated with lifestyle factors and diabetes type 2. Objective: Determine the style of life in patients with diabetes type 2 and some knowledge of the factors influencing the disease, in health center Minoodar- Qazvin city (1392-1393) Methods: This study is a cross-sectional study to examine various aspects of life in patients with diabetes type 2, including relating to others techniques, nutrition and physical activity is designed. Research community, it is the center of all patients with diabetes type 2. This center of population of about 64,000 people who According to the statistics covers and documentary evidence in the center, more than 75 percent of heads of households in the population are included that workers engaged in various occupations. Identification ways to inform segments of society and lifestyle factors that affect patients with type 2 diabetes, may contribute to the education system and planning for this patient's life-style factors. Information from the present study with the standard lifestyle questionnaires were collected. The number of patients who would be were interviewed, 320 were calculated. With the beginning of the study, the questionnaire was completed in patients gradually reach the 320 ended. Inclusion criteria include: 1- At least one year from the time of diagnosis of type 2 diabetes previously treated so harshly lifestyle issues such as training, the opportunity to have the potential. 2- Participants have in the age group 30 to 75 years. 3- In the last 5 years they have been living and housing in the city of Qazvin over time given the likely impact is visible with ethnic and geographic. Results: The results of the research findings indicate that the average age of 55 years and there is not significant differences between gender and disease. This group of people are poor diet, lack of regular exercise program and a lack of access to, or inability to take advantage of scientific books and the Internet in This cortex of the city of Qazvin, Policymakers and planners need to consider the health system.
